Qualifying Standards:
 

1. Monthly income needs to be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
2. A good rental history, no prior evictions and have no history of violent, sexual, drug or theft related crimes.
3. If credit scores are between 551–645, the security deposit may be increased. If below 550, this may disqualify you from leasing one of our units.
4. A non-refundable $65 application fee for each adult living there/guarantor must be remitted. 
5. No housing allowance accepted.
